General Campground Guidelines

We’ve established the following general campground guidelines to help insure your safety and your enjoyment, while in our park and the same to our other guests. Those who choose not to observe these guidelines can be asked to leave our park without any form of refund.

CHECK IN TIME IS: 2:00pm

CHECK OUT TIME IS: 12:00pm. If no one is checking into your site and you would like to stay after 12:00pm, please notify the office. Late check-out fees apply. Anyone staying past 5:00pm will be charged for an additional night stay.

Rates for campsites are based on 2 adults and 3 children. An additional fee per night, per person applies for more than 2 adults and/or more than 3 children.

Do not leave food outside at night, it might attract unwanted visitors.

Sinks in restrooms are not to be used for washing pets or dishes.

Flying drones is not allowed!

There will be no refunds of unused days due to the weather.

The campsite must be occupied for the entire scheduled stay. If your campsite is left vacant for 24 hours, the remainder of your stay will be cancelled. If you do not arrive within 24 hours of your scheduled check-in time your reservation will be cancelled. Those who purchase a first come/first served campsite must occupy the site by 8:00PM or the stay will be cancelled. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR CANCELLATIONS IN THESE CIRCUMSTANCES.

TREES & LOGS

Are property of the campground. Cutting, injuring and driving nails into the trees is prohibited. We would appreciate it if you would notify us of any defacing of park property. Do not cross fence for wood.

Speed Limit:

10 mph. Please observe our speed limit to insure the safety of all our guests. Remember…children are playing!

Quiet Time:

10 p.m. to 8 a.m.

Site Occupancy:

Only vehicle and one (1) authorized RV or (2) tents allowed per campsite. If there is room on your site, you may park an additional vehicle if it does not stick out beyond your site area. Management must approve a third vehicle, which shall be parked in a designated area. Extra vehicles subject to a $5 nightly fee.

PICNIC TABLES

You may move picnic table for group dining with other campers. Please return the tables before departing.

Children:

Guests are responsible for all behavior of children. All children under the age of 14 years must be accompanied by an adult 18 years or older.

Emergency and Safety
  • If you need to call 911, and time allows, please call the office so the maintenance staff can be prepared to escort the emergency personnel to your site.
  • If you observe any activity you believe to be of concern, please let us know.
  • Emergency Contact Information forms are required from all monthly guests. This information remains private and used only when a situation arises when we need to contact someone in the event of an emergency or is sought by law enforcement agencies. We never give personal information out to others.
Safety After Dark:

In order to insure safety after dark, please carry a flashlight. No bike or scooter riding after dark.

Trash:

This is a leave no trace campsite. Pack it in, pack it out.

Campfires:

Campfires are permitted only in fire rings as placed by staff members. New burn scars at your site will result in a $250 fee.

Portable Grills:

Grills are permitted at your own risk. No cooking inside tents or buildings.

Clotheslines, laundry machines:

Not permitted.

Fireworks and Firearms:

Prohibited on park property including BB, Airsoft and pellet guns.

Pets:

Keep on leashes (six-foot maximum length) or inside and do not leave unattended. No excessive barking allowed. Pets must be walked by a responsible person to pick up after them immediately. Pets are not allowed in or near any buildings, bathrooms, hot tub or playground areas. They are prohibited due to health codes.  Maximum of 1 allowed. Any animals harmed by pets will incur a $3000 charge per incident.

Beach and Water:

No Lifeguard is on Duty. Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult (18 years or older). Anyone behaving in an unsafe or destructive manner will be removed from the beach area.

Visitors:

Your visitors are always welcome at Heart Valley Springs provided they register at our main office. Registered guests and their visitors are expected to read and adhere to all campground guidelines. Guidelines are presented at time of check-In. All your visitors must leave campground by 10 p.m.

Recreational Vehicles:

No battery-operated vehicles or motor-driven cycles, bikes, scooters or golf carts are to be driven in the park.

Vehicle Repairs:

Vehicles and RV repair are not permitted in the park. You may check with the local listings for businesses that provide these services.

RV Washing:

You are permitted to wash your RV for a fee. Please check with our main office for more details.

Disorderly Persons

The following are grounds for reservation termination and removal from the property: loud noise, whether mechanical, musical or vocal, use of foul or indecent language, causing damage to property of the campground or another person, drunken disorderly conduct, failing to follow rules, failing to follow directions of the property staff, threatening or abusive behavior or any other conduct that is not the type of behavior that is expected at a family campground/resort.

Grounds for ejection from the park without refund

Messages:

If you are expecting messages, please check at central office. Emergency messages may be delivered to your site.

Mail Service:

Available for guests with fee. Please check with our head office for more details.

Forms of Payments:

 We accept all Major Credit Cards, cash or money orders. Sorry, no checks.

Cancellations
  • We will return your deposit minus a $10 service charge if you cancel EIGHT (8) or more days prior to your arrival date. If you cancel less than SEVEN (7) days of your arrival date your full deposit is forfeited.
  • Cancellations – No shows: Guests failing to contact us to cancel their reservation (with the required time, listed above) will be considered a no show. No shows are subject to the same cancellation policies.
Deposits
  • Entire reservation amount must be paid when reservation is booked.
