Session Offering 1
The fundamental principle of SourcePoint Therapy is that an energetic blueprint for the health of the human being exists within the universal energy field. The information contained in this blueprint not only gives rise to human life, but constantly seeks to move our bodies toward optimal physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being. When issues arise in any of these areas, there are disturbances and blockages within the body cutting off our connection to the blueprint.
During SourcePoint sessions, we use hands-on and hands-off techniques to strengthen your connection to the blueprint, clear blockages, and draw in and integrate universal (Source) energy. We also work together to nourish the energetic structures of your body (chakras, median line, etc). SourcePoint Therapy is a perfect compliment to any other healing work you are doing, often deepening and quickening your process of transformation. Through regular sessions, you will find yourself living in fuller connection with the energies of Order, Balance, Harmony, and Flow.
Sessions are conducted with the client fully clothed on a massage table. A typical session runs 45-60 minutes with a few minutes reserved at the end for integration and grounding.
Session Offering 2
If you are interested in SourcePoint Therapy but want to experience it more from an intellectual and then self-sourced perspective, I am happy facilitate a session in which we discuss the foundational theory behind SourcePoint and how it may relate to other modalities you practice or are knowledgeable in.
We will then go into a guided meditation to connect you with the sacred geometry at the heart of SourcePoint: the Naval Point and Diamond Points. With knowledge of where these points sit in and around your body and experience in connecting with them through meditation, you are then empowered to use this meditative practice on your own as a gentle tool for transformation and healing.
Bio: I am an interdisciplinary artist, healer, and entrepreneur. I am trained in SourcePoint Therapy, Somatic Practice, and am a TRE (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) Provider. These healing modalities treat imbalance on the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual level, realigning my clients with their intrinsic state of health and well-being. I bring 30 years experience as a dancer, mover, actor, and performer into my current art practice which focuses on participatory rituals, improvisational movement, and experimental theatre. I am currently engaged in End of Life education as I foresee myself companioning people through their transition out of bodily form as a death doula.
I believe in the innate wisdom of the body. In the power of the unseen. In the constant exchange of information between the material and immaterial realms. And I deeply believe, through lived experience, that any whole-self healing must figure-eight its way through our many layers that ultimately manifest in physical: trauma, karma, emotion, ancestry, belief systems, etc. But at the end of the day, my philosophy not particularly relevant to your experience as I practice the art of “getting out of the way,” so the focus is on you and your connection to Source energy. “The growing interest in the field of Energy Medicine indicates a desire for an integral approach to healing, one where the physical body and the human energy field are recognized as aspects of each other, where energy and matter are experienced as one, where the energetic is not neglected in favor of the physical, or vice versa. SourcePoint Therapy offers this integral approach. The primary assumption in this work is that there is an energetic template or Blueprint of health for the human body that can be accessed to restore and maintain the health of that body and connect people to their natural state of order, harmony, balance and flow.” - Bob Schrei, SourcePoint Therapy co-founder
